Dr. Jennifer Dunn grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. She received her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University in California where she was also a member of the women’s soccer team and an athletic trainer. Dr. Dunn then went on to complete a Masters Degree in Sports medicine at the University of Nevada, Reno and she incorporates many aspects of sports medicine into her private practice when needed. Dr. Dunn then attended Creighton University School of Medicine where she received her medical degree in 1998 followed by a 4 year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital in Chicago. As a result of her extensive training, Dr. Dunn incorporates many advances in OB/Gyn into her current practice including minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, advanced laparoscopy including laparoscopic hysterectomies, treatment of endometriosis, endometrial ablations , colposcopies, infertility, and high risk obstetrics. She also has a special interest in working with the female athlete.
Dr. Dunn has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology in the western suburbs of Chicago for over 18 years and enjoys all aspects of her profession. She currently resides in Elmhurst with her husband and four children. Her family occupies all aspects of her life and supports her love for obstetrics and gynecology. Recently Dr. Dunn has relocated her private practice closer to home with the desire to provide more personalized and exclusive care to her patients.
